sightseeing
We will take a close look at the location with you and, if necessary, your architect. In doing so, we take into account important details such as the flow of movement to and from the lift, the vegetation, natural obstacles, existing buildings, climatic conditions and the nature of the soil. We make sure that we understand your requirements and include your wishes in our planning. You will then receive our offer.

Usually this type of facility does not require a building permit, but there are regional differences that need to be clarified. We are also happy to support you here if you wish.

assignment
After placing the order, we measure the route in detail and mark it out with the help of a batter board. So you can see exactly how the course of the lift will be. About 2 weeks later you will receive the completed route plan with all the necessary connections from us. We are happy to help you with the evaluation.

Preparation and production
After approval, we start with the production of your L-TEC outdoor lift. In this phase, the area on which the rails will be laid is structurally prepared and the connections laid as well as the stops completed.

Assembly
Installation of the track will begin around 10 weeks after the order has been placed. The rails are usually installed from the lowest point of the route upwards. In most cases, the cabin is preassembled and delivered directly from the factory after the functional tests have been passed. It is lifted onto the rails with a truck crane. The drive is connected, the electrical connection to your house and the setting work for the stops are carried out. After the acceptance and final inspection of all system parts, the L-TEC Outdoorlift is ready for use.

When you hand over the L-TEC outdoor lift, you will receive careful instruction in its function and operation. We will discuss all maintenance and care-related aspects and will be happy to explain the advantages of a service contract to you.
